If you haven't reported let me know. In the world of weight loss success is 1-2 lb/ week. That is a reasonable weight to actually be a fat loss (as opposed to water) and be able to keep it off. Keep up the good work.
(FYI- I think I went down .5lb this week. Not a great start for me.)
