Where's the Water?

Zach recently had to take David to use the porta-potty when we attended his sister Jenny's soccer game. David walked out of the bathroom holding the hockey puck from the urinal asking Zach,"Where's the water for the soap?" A perfectly reasonable question if you are 3 years old. Unfortunately David, there is no water and what you are holding isn't actually soap. Lets just use some anti-bacterial wash- lots of it!
