"17And behold, I tell you these things that ye may learn wisdom that ye may learn that when ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God. "
Mosiah 2:17
This describes Aunt Shirley. If she's not knitting or crocheting, she's volunteering or visiting. She actually taught me how to crochet a baby afghan.
She was married to Zach's Uncle David for 30 years before he passed away last year. This is his wedding ring she had made into a heart. She still wears it with love.
Uncle David may have passed away but Aunt Shirley is still as much a part of the family as ever. We love you Aunt Shirley!
Omigosh I LOVE the idea of turning her husband's ring into a heart! So glad you have this special lady in your life!
ReplyDeleteSweet Alana, thank you so much for this post. I love it and love what you have written beneath each picture. Lots of love, Aunt Shirley
